US ARMY

Before writing a journal, I would like to talk about my opinion about US army. Although USA wants to reduce defense budget, we could as much as save money.

I think that the alliance between Korea and USA is firm and strong. Frankly we need US army. Because of US army, we reduced a national defense budget.

Through the presentation, I learned practical criminal rate about US Army. Between Korea and USA made a contract. That is SOFA. According to SOFA, If US army commit a crime, we did not take into custody for questioning by the prosecution. Because of the US army demanded the delivery of the suspect. That is very important matter. Contrary to petty crime, If US army commits serious crime we should have to take into custody. If so, taking into custody is very important for investigation. The USA said, ”the South Korea is America’s allies, and the close partnership between Korea and the USA will continue.” I think if this opinion is sincere, Korea and USA have to change the SOFA.  What we really want is claim our rights about offender of US army.

social commerce

Suddenly social commerce appeared the web site. At that time, social commerce sell coupon that is very cheaper than purchased on site. It was very good for me as student. Through the social commerce we can use the expensive restaurant and some product.  It is wonderful chance.  

In my case, I sometime use social commerce. 1 month ago, I bought season pass about ski resort.

So last weekend, I went to ski resort for boarding. When I arrived at ski resort already many people were standing in a row for ticketing. After ticketing, I went to boarding. But I felt uncomfortable for boarding. For taking a ski lift, I waited over 20 minutes. I was annoyed.

Maybe too many people would have purchased tickets. This is fault of social commerce company. They should adjust sales volume.

Recently, a major social commerce company fake customer. Some product is not original. So customer was damaged from social commerce. Therefore social commerce supervise selling company weather suitable product or not. Also customer should compare other site and reading review about product. contrary to this problem, a social commerce is convenient for us.

Marijuana

Through the my presentation, I learned soft drug, and drut addict. I think all drug are bad, and detrimental. Also most people said, all drug is harmful, and illegal. So I agree about that. But now I didn’t know why marijuana is illegal. When I saw the TV show about marijuana, some people want to permit legal. That time, I agree marijuana is illegal, and harmful. But through the presentation, I change my opinion about marijuana.

Some nations are not illegal about soft drug. Such as marijuana and XTC. Soft drugs are not addict. In Dutch, they who are smoking marijuana are not criminal. They are legal for their national about only soft drugs. Therefore if some persons are addicted to drugs, they could be treated. If our nation, they could go prison. So our nation also change the raw, Drug addicts are necessary treat.  

When I search the information of marijuana, it has not toxicity and hallucination. If you could some information about that, you can find hallucination and toxicity. But it is not wrong information. Until now, marijuana is not proved in academic and scientific whether marijuana causes bad effect or not.

 If marijuana is illegal, cigarette is also illegal. Cigarette has more toxicity.


I did not smoke. but i really enjoy alcoholic drink. approximately 4 times a week. through the web serach alcoholic is more harmful than marijuana. So I will reduce drinkig. I will sustain my health.

Did you experience block out? It was rather inconvenience. I’d like to talk about my opinion about block out.

Wednesday November 23, 2011, our building at SNUT suddenly occurred black out.

As a result, some classes canceled a lecture. Also my homework related computer was disappeared. I was so irritated that situation.

If I run a shop or sushi restaurant, I don’t know how to deal with this situation. All of us think about it. 

In the event of black out, some food will be go bad, and everything will inconvenience.

If the summer, it is even more horrible.

If so, do you think they should be compensated?

What is the problem of black out? Just mistake of government or electric company?

I think the damage from black out will be compensated.

Also, electric company have to know having over adequate amount through the lastly experience. That is to say, the electric company will forecast about black out.

#2 The government carries on a campaign about save power for company and customer.

As using electricity, the environment is destroyed. We think about environment.

In case of summer, most people work wearing a cardigan in office.

We can save time to use electric fan and high temperature in air conditioner.

In winter, we can block black out wearing clothes and lower temperature

If we use electricity efficiently by improving the awareness, black out do not easily break, and we could improve the environment.

about weddring....

I’d like to talk about wedding ceremony that I want it.

My wedding ceremony does not want to officiate by somebody. Our wedding ceremony’s hero is me. So I will read letter and sing a song for my fiancée. I’m going to make my wedding ceremony with my fiancée.

How about a divorce rate?

Most people were marriage for love. But another people search for condition of spouse for them. Such as money, academic ability, job and so on. I don’t know that marriage is not a business why we were care about terms.

The matchmaking agency divides a man and women in accordance with some conditions. 

And a man and women have their own criteria and scan to select a condition.

What do you think about marriage through the condition? Be Happy?

The conditions could not be maintained for a long time.

I think there are differences between marriage and dating someone.               

It is difficult to live in the same place with partner from different background.

So I recommend co habitation before getting married.

Co habitation is socially unacceptable but if you know each other well by living together before marriage, co habitation lowers divorce rate. Also, after get married, sharing common thing with partner such as hobby, divorce rate will decrease.

Is it really kicked them out to do that?

How to deal with a problem of street vendor?? I knew that most owner of street vendor was poor people. A problem of street vendor do not explain and judgment without our society’s poverty

Especially, around 1990, IMF resulted in the layoff of over 550,000 people. So unemployment shaped street vendor are increased. And they struggled to succeed their business.

Is it really kicked them out to do that?

15years ago, my aunt was not yet 1 year in her house, moving other house. Because of she had not money. So she bought a handcart. Because of she wanted establishing her business.  At that time, I don’t know poverty. My aunt always was tired. But she did not rest. But thanks to street vendor, she saved a little money. So she could buy a house.

One reason that I mentioned story is that poor person did not have a power of rising in person. So we have to permit establishing their business. Street vendor is important field to help poor person improve their economies. I suggest that government collect taxes a little than other store owner. And government waits to rise themselves.

We should have to make an environment in which poor people live themselves.

Other opinion is that street vendor is our culture itself. Street vendor offer a verity of things. if you seen a product of street vendor, you will feel funny. Now, street vendors must go to develop a single cultural code. Government do not kicking them out and accept and must development for cultural code.

about kang-jung village

I heard about problem of Kang-jung village in Juju.

The government plan to construct the naval base at Kang-jung village in JEJU. so It is very argumentative between residents and government.

That problem is depends on the situation between environment and national defense power.

I agree that our nation is truce country. So we should have to fortify national defense power.

Also, it is necessary to checks and balances to neighbor nations of Japan and China.

But, why did we choose to construct the naval base in Je-ju.

Currently, Je-ju is registered to World heritage by the UNESCO.

Also, rather than problems about making a naval base, If naval base is construct in Kang-jung village, another building will be construct. Such as bar and pub like this. So It will be dirty to Kang-jung village. Naturally, Natural landscape is damage.

I suggest to other area. Such as Po-hang, and Ku-je. Already, that place is industrial restrict., they have a lot of commerce complex. and it is close to Je-ju

Apart from this reason, If your village will be construct naval base, Do you agree that project in your village? Where do the residents who lived during the decade go?

Like other neighborhood, I think that government should have to understand special restrict of Je-ju.
